I found this cozy little Latin restaurant run by a family - a sweet lady and her son are always there working hard. The service is lightning quick, especially for their fabulous smoothies, which you'll have in hand within 5 minutes. Their $7 lunch plates are a steal, giving you a hearty meal with meat, rice, tostones, and another side - it feels like a warm hug in every bite.
