Worst service ever had to go in 3 times cause they messed up my order 3 times in one hour asked to talk to the manager and the guy just passed me like I was never there worst visit ever will no longer be going there it don't even deserve the one rating

I love their food but to have to be stuck in the drive thru for over 30 mins. Employees were Rude they didn't even acknowledge that people were wait. 5 cars behind me.

Anthony,sorry you had a bad visit, mine was the other way.
Wanted a buger with Rancho sauce, and Jack rang me up for a number one combo. The food was ready in a few minutes and almost too hot to eat.
Fries were hot and salted, burger was hot and tasty. The rancho sauce was enough to make the burger a drippy mess, but a little finger licking and some napkins solved that.
Is Bobs the best burger on planet earth? No.
But does Bobs deliver a tasty sandwich for your $$$$'s, YES! I'll be back again, when I need a fix, for the Ranco Burger hungries.

The chili has no flavor and runny, it's the worst bobs I ate at love the south valley bobs, Los Lunas bobs should close its doors, also your employes are rude
