I normally love to eat at your restaurant whenever I visit the Magnolia Mall. Charleys is my favorite restaurant. I made a huge mistake today eating there. @ 10:30 I was your first customer. The place was very unclean . the floor was dirty. The are were the person who prepared my sandwich was filthy. Mayonnaise container had mayo all around the rim and looked old. I have worked in a restaurant before and I would have never allowed customers to see the appearance of a restaurant that way. there was a pale of water to clean with on the counter where I paid for my food. I have never seen it look that way. Worst service I have ever had. I wish I would have never made the choice to drive 30 miles to eat there like I normally do. I barely like Chinese food but when I look over at how clean and sanitized everything look, I wished I would have made the choice to eat there instead. The person who was working does not belong in the front of any restaurant with the attitude she displayed. She never smiled. Her attitude was just like she had your restaurant looking Dirty and Nasty. She was on the cell phone having a conversation which caused her tone to be very disruptive as I was sitting down eating...As I said earlier I have never seen the restaurant in that condition or even the servers and cook not be polite. I visited the wrong day at the wrong time while the wrong person was responsible for making sure the well being of your restaurant, the food, and customer were up to DHEC and OSHA standards and regulations. I wasted my gas, time, and money. Shameful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
