During a recent business trip, I tried several sushi bars near my hotel and discovered Fuji sushi on my third day. The variety of sushi rolls and unique fish options, along with the delicious Japanese Wagyu beef, make it a fantastic dining choice. The service is speedy, the prices are reasonable, and the overall experience is enjoyable, despite one server's less-than-friendly demeanor.
