I encountered the most generous and kind-hearted baker who went above and beyond to help us, even refusing payment until later when we only had a $100 bill. His compassion and warmth left us in awe, reminding us of the goodness that exists in the world. The pan dulce from this Mexican bakery is unparalleled, with fresh and delicious offerings that have yet to be matched by any other bakery I've visited in both Southern California and here in town.
