For the past nine years, I've enjoyed the best rosca de Reyes in El Paso at this charming local bakery. While communication can be a challenge due to the language barrier, the exquisite flavor of the cajeta-filled rosca and the incredible conchas make every visit worthwhile. Tucked away behind a muffler shop, this hidden treasure serves some of the finest pan dulce in the city, and it's definitely worth seeking out.
