Cothran's Bakery in Gadsden has some of the best donuts and pastries I've ever tasted, especially their caramel apple fritters and blueberry bread. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy times, and the variety of baked goods like cheesecakes, cupcakes, and fruit bars keeps me coming back for more. While I love almost everything I've tried, I did notice some hygiene concerns with how the donuts are handled, which I hope they improve soon.
