Saigon Bowl serves up some seriously flavorful Vietnamese dishes that always hit the spot, especially their snails and bun bo hue. The menu offers a great variety, from rich broths to fresh spring rolls and even a papaya salad that stole the show for me. While the food is consistently delicious and the staff friendly, the service can sometimes feel a bit slow or inattentive, but it's still worth swinging by for a satisfying meal.
