Joe's has been a staple here in Sandy for decades, serving up fresh, fluffy raised donuts with that irresistible cake-frosting-like icing that keeps me coming back time and time again. The service used to be warmer and more lighthearted, but even with its more serious vibe now, the donuts remain delicious, affordable, and perfect to grab before heading out to Mt. Hood.

Terrible service from your employee older lady grayish hair up in bun rude to customers! Sun and mon she worked putting the maple bar donut in small brown bag so the frosting stuck to the brown bag meaning the frosting stuck to the bag which she realized because I told her why I wanted a box
