Today was my first time trying Orient House, and I was blown away by the amazing flavors of their authentic Chinese dishes like oxtail and tripe with chili oil. The chef's expertise truly shines through in dishes like the beef roll, scallion pancakes, and soup dumplings - a must-try for any foodie looking for a unique culinary experience.

Order from the "Chinese Menu" (as opposed to the American Chinese Menu) and you get real Chinese food! In Madison!! I liked the squid with black bean sauce the best, the chili fish was good too, and I'm looking forward to trying everything else.
