This is the third time I've tried this place and the third time it's taken almost an hour and a half to get two tacos and a burrito. It only took five minutes to place my order as there was only one couple in line ahead of me. I waited patiently while other people who ordered after me got their food. I asked twice when my order would be ready and was told it was coming up. One guy ahead of me said he phone his order in and had been waiting there for quite a while. The manager saw me standing there and asked if I needed something and I said just my food. And stated I've been waiting forever. She said everyone's been waiting in a dismissive voice as she closed the serving window on me before I could reply. This upset me and I went to the window to ask why others that had ordered after me had been served. Order 70, 65, 62 etc. She said that they don't serve orders numerically. I told her they need to work on a better system and she barked back they have a great system. I was pissed and then said that this is ridiculous and the way this business is run is horrible and she has horrible customer service. She told me she had excellent customer service and that I am no longer welcome there. Awesome. Way to go with your customer service. She was dismissive, rude and condescending from the start and that only served to upset me from the onset. She never once made an attempt to apologize for the excessive wait. When I finally did get my order I said thank you and she said you're not welcome. Horrible Horrible Horrible way to do business. I guess with the high tourist traffic they could care less about improving their efficiency. I'll never eat there again and I encourage anyone who wants to have some good fish tacos delivered within a reasonable amount of time go to Snapper Jacks or Surf and Taco instead.
