This is one of my all time favorite places to eat. The staff is welcoming! The food is great! The prices are competitive! The portions are large enough to take some home for later! I could eat here several times a week and not get tired of it!

Try it! You just might love as much as the other regular customers!

My family has eaten here for years. Many times a month. We have never had an issue, until this week. We called and ordered spring rolls and a side of vegetables in teriyaki. Most places will wrap the veggie container with saran wrap to prevent spillage, but they did not. My husband drove straight home with the box laying flat. When he picked up the bag, he could tell something was wrong. The teriyaki sauce had all come out of the container and was laying in the bottom of the bag. It had gotten all over our spring rolls which were now dark brown and SOGGY. My husband called them and the manager we spoke with, (a man), said they must not have drained the vegetables and gave us full credit to come back and get our order. A few days went by and I called to claim our credit. A lady (manager) that answered was very rude and said it was my husband's fault and must have spilled it on the way home. She said she could only give us credit for half. I told her that we have MANY times gotten orders from here and never had an issue with it spilling on the way home and my husband was always the one who picked them up. If anything, they should have put them in 2 separate bags to prevent this. She still said she could only give half credit. At most. I told her it would not be necessary and that I would write a review so no one else would expect anything after being told something by someone different and would have their food ruined and soggy. I hung up with her and when I told my husband he said he would call back because he did nothing wrong and was promised a full refund. He did call and after the woman was completely RUDE again, she finally gave him our order the way it was promised. 5 orders of spring rolls and side if veggies.. this time they put the veggies in a separate bag and while it did leak a little, it didn't ruin anything and was easily wiped off the containers. Even though we ate there multiple times a month, I know the money we would have spent will not hurt their business in any way, but we are done with this place. We will never be ordering from here again.

The young servers at the windows do not understand customer experience osaka is always been a favorite of mine recently there is no customer employee engagement it's beginning more and more to seem like its about quantity

I love this place. High quality, authentic Japanese fare, and such amazing customer service. Always inviting and friendly! Huge portions for the price point, cooked to order, and just absolutely delicious! I eat here quite regularly and have never ever had a bad experience!

Had mushy scallop that was undercooked/fishy-tasting, really inedible. Cannot believe you served such awful seafood dish and did not stand behind it like any good businessperson would. I can understand that these things can happen, but the manager/owners response was like talking to a rock. She said this is the way they are always served! If that were true, you would now be out of business. Why do you not make customers happy by offering them some options, even if you do not agree. I paid my bill, and even tipped the server, but will continue to share my bad experience and your handling of it on line.
