For dinner, I got takeout and found the moo shu pork a bit salty but enjoyable, while the orange chicken was tougher than expected. My mom, a picky eater, declared it her favorite Chinese food ever on vacation, and I was impressed with the perfectly cooked rice and the delicious Szechuan beef we ordered.
