Delicious food with amazing flavor combinations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Due to current restrictions, only pick-up orders were available. The house special fried rice, pad Thai, and mixed vegetables over rice were all excellent choices. The flavors were well-balanced and satisfying. The new pad Thai dish was particularly outstanding, offering a unique twist on the traditional flavors. The service was quick and the portions were generous. Overall, a great spot for tasty takeout.

Outside of NYC and SF Chinatowns, Howie serves the best Chinese (and Vietnamese) food I've had the pleasure to indulge my appetite!
