I am a customer of you rest rant I come in 5 days a week between 4.00 AM and 5.00 Am for a cup of coffee. 3 out of the 5 day I have to wait anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes. On January 1 , 2010 I was in and I again waited 15 minutes for my coffee and when I finally got it it was ice cold.
