After a four-year hiatus, I swung by to visit my son and couldn't resist stopping at Hilary's, where the friendly son of the owner welcomed us back like long-lost family. I dove into the Royal Deli Reuben, a towering masterpiece of tender corned beef and pastrami on heavenly rye bread, while my son devoured the Royal Scramble, both leaving us stuffed and happy enough to bring half home. With coffee flowing in those classic brown mugs, speedy service, and a menu packed with comfort food classics, this diner's old-school charm and hearty portions make it a must-try in Royal Palm Beach.

During my recent visit to the area, I found a charming diner called Hilary's that truly exceeded my expectations. The warm welcome from the friendly staff and the delicious, generous portions of food made for a delightful dining experience that I highly recommend to anyone in the Royal Palm Beach area.
