Of course the only people who have taken the time to post a review are complainers. I go every morning to get m coffee or iced coffee and am always greeted with a smile, the girls know who I am now, they are very friendly and fast!It's always good and when I order food, that is good too! Don't listen to the people who have nothing better to do except whine over bad timing of going into the tore and not having "their" donuts!

No choices to get a dozen assorted... Very Expensive Also...bad experience...a refund was in order but, not received...if you want to compensate, snail mail coupons for free dozen, seems only fair...

My elderly mother and I waited at least 15 minutes for coffees after waiting 10 minutes to order.. It wasn't until I went back to the cashier for a refund, waiting in line again that a staff announces coffee ready!
We are seniors and paid full price.

Ok so I just came from this NEW store very disappointed, I finally got done waiting,took my place at the order window and to my dissatisfaction there were 3 types of doughnuts to choose from and not enough to order a dozen and there was only 1 rack for doughnuts anyway so they can't possibly sell more than 7 different types of them.So I ordered a crisont and it cam burnt ordered hot chocolate that apparently the machine was not calibrated properly so our cups sticky n disgusting looking and to top it off the chocolate frosting from the donuts must have been on the servers hand because the bottom of the box I set on my lap in the car got all over my pants.So may they are overwhelmed,or not trained but my experience was not impressive at all.
