This was the second time I had bad service at the Tully ,NY burger king. My fries were cold and the burger was sorta warm. Will be my last time.

I cannot believe the manager just hung up on me after charging me $17 for a single whopper and fries when I ordered a double whopper. This business messes your order up more times than they get it right. I have even gotten half a burger in the bun before. Worst Burger King I've ever been to and I only work 5 miles away. No burgers because the broiler was broke down two weeks ago. Today the shake machine is locked and they can't get into it. This place is a total joke and after 30 years of getting screwed by them on my orders and my money I guess I'll stop going there. And this made me choose one star just to be able to post a review.

Terrible place from owners to management fryers are always nasty,hot water is always broke. Nothing ever gets fixed when broken which makes for horrible food and service.

The food is good but the counter people are somewhat unsettling as they don't smile they just stare...a few times I just threw the food away after I left for being afraid to eat it...
