After a long day at the parks and a 5k, my friends and I were craving a quick and simple dinner, so we headed to Rix Sports Bar & Grill at Coronado Springs. The atmosphere was lively, with plenty of TVs showcasing football games, and our server, Gillian, was both hilarious and attentive. We dug into the loaded nachos, which were massive and delicious, and I enjoyed a refreshing house margarita that was the perfect way to unwind after our adventures.
