We ate here on a Saturday night, no reservations needed. The food and prices were normal for the Dells area and we had no complaints there. The service was prompt and our waitress was friendly however completely clueless in her job. We ordered a bottle of wine which she did poor the first glass. I had the prime rib and my wife had the N.Y. strip. Luckily they were both cooked the way we asked because she never came back to check. When we were done she removed the wine bottle and our plates. Never asked how the food was or if we would like something else to drink. We asked if they had desert and she reluctantly brought over the desert cart. The carrot cake was good. Somebody did a great job of keeping our water glass full so we had something to drink with our cake. Do they have desert drinks or serve coffee? I have no idea,we were never offered. What should have been a nice romantic experience was a let down with a waitress with absolutely no training. On a side note the hotel was great and the wait staff at the breakfast buffet was fabulous. Maybe they could cross train at the copper oak.
