I love the charming retro ice cream stand on the island for their delicious treats at reasonable prices. Their chocolate milkshake is my absolute favorite, always made to perfection. The generous portions and friendly service keep me coming back every time I pass through Skowhegan.

been going there frequently for years
went this past summer in august,2015. stood there,stood there,stood there,stood there,
while the store clerk was chatting with a friend, knew we were waiting but continued talking to a friend[laughing,etc, so assume a friend] we left. So we left.
only reason i dont give it an absolute low rating is because of prior visits. but Never going back.
