As a Nordstrom regular new to central LA, I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient parking and the cleanliness of the mall. The exceptional customer service I received, especially from the ladies in the contemporary fashion department, made my visit memorable; they went above and beyond to assist with exchanges and styling advice. Additionally, the beauty counters, particularly the Lancí´me team, consistently provide knowledgeable and friendly support, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
