I visited Carl's Tavern for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the relaxed atmosphere and friendly waitstaff. The Reuben sandwich with pastrami was a great choice, with a generous portion of meat and sauerkraut. The tangy pig sandwich, with coleslaw, mustardy BBQ sauce, fried onions, and pulled pork, was a tasty and unique option. I'm looking forward to returning to try more items from their menu!

The staff is friendly, the beer selection is amazingly good and I've never had a better fish sandwich! With the addition of outdoor seating this is a truly great place to go in the spring/summer. I do wish the menu was available online though!
