The sushi at Sake Blue is incredibly fresh and delicious, making it my go-to choice for the past two years. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff add to the experience, and the hibachi shows are always entertaining. With a fantastic selection of sushi rolls, appetizers, and perfectly cooked meals, every visit leaves me eager to return.

friendly service and great food

Looks like they have turned off reviews on Facebook lol. Will never return. Always have loved this place and the food has never been bad until tonight. Manager at door would not seat until the entire party had arrived, perfectly understandable but then we sat, ordered and 10 minutes later they sat another party at our table- guess what, they had to wait for one more to arrive and therefore we had to sit another 20 minutes. Once the chief came out, he was super rude. He told us sauce options and one person at the table asked what the last thing he said was and he replied I just told you and refused to repeat. Then, while eating and waiting in the meat to finish, I asked for some more sauce and he wouldn't respond but proceed to ask the person next to me if they needed more and gave to them. Asked again and was ignored again. Ordered filet minion medium well and when he served, it was still rare, he literally replied too bad, shrimp already on grill and did nothing. Spent over $150 and worst food and service I've ever had. Was told the manager would stop by to speak and they never showed up. Obviously, they were not concerned about it. In all the excitement, we got in the car to realize we didn't get the to go order we placed either.
