The cupcakes are consistently moist and flavorful, with a wide variety of tasty options like sweet potato, blueberry cheesecake, and cookie dough that balance sweetness well. While the customer service is friendly and accommodating, the Jacksonville location could benefit from updates to its interior to enhance the overall experience.

The cupcakes I tried were all moist and delicious, with the sweet potato flavor standing out as my favorite due to its perfect level of sweetness. The customer service was fantastic, as the staff member kindly let us in just before closing and helped us choose our cupcakes. While the flavors may not be very strong, the cupcakes were undeniably yummy and I look forward to returning to try more varieties.
