The wait staff at Chen's changes frequently, and during my visit, the attitude of the waitress was less than welcoming, which detracted from the experience. However, the delicious Aromatic Fish filet made up for the service issues, and I found the food consistently satisfying, especially with generous portions at reasonable prices.
