I took a quick road trip to Dayton and fell in love with the downtown/Oregon area, especially Butter Cafe, where I had a fantastic Vegan Classic Breakfast that reminded me of my favorite Jersey diner days. The cozy diner vibe and friendly staff made for a great experience, and I can't wait to try their lunch options next time!
