What an incredible culinary adventure! Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at Cafe Hindh in North Philly with my Maharashtrian partner and a friend visiting from Mumbai. The proximity to Allegheny Station makes it a convenient spot to access via the BSL. The owner's warm hospitality, homemade dishes like pav bhaji, batata vada, and amrakhand, as well as engaging conversation made the experience truly memorable. The authentic Maharashtrian cuisine, though milder in spice, received glowing reviews from my companions, and we are already looking forward to returning for another delicious meal.
