I always look forward to lunch at the American Cajun Grill in the skyway downtown St. Paul. Their blackened chicken and bourbon chicken dishes are my absolute favorites, bursting with flavor and generous portions. While not the healthiest option, the indulgence is worth it for the delicious taste and friendly service. It's cash-only, so make sure to have some on hand for a satisfying meal that never disappoints.
