I have dined at this establishment multiple times and recently learned about their Easter brunch event. The hotel and kitchen are now under new management, resulting in a noticeable improvement in the quality of the food. The brunch featured a diverse array of buffet-style dishes, including baked salmon, pasta & shrimp salad, and a selection of desserts like bread pudding and cupcakes. The omelet station allowed for personalized orders, and the service provided by the warm and attentive staff added to the overall positive dining experience.
