Ordered a burrito at the hot food deli,when I got home realized it was NOT as ordered. Called them to notify them of the mistake they made, and I was told, "we never make mistakes, and there is nothing we can do." I've been giving this place business for 11 years, so their unwillingness to right there wrong was an absolute slap in the face. Needless to say, check your order before you leave. I will never have to check my order there again. They have lost a loyal, lucrative, longtime supporting customer.

I have never eaten anything there that wasn't the best. Friendly girls always greeting you with a smile. Love my Tower Market!!
