The food here surprised me with its freshness and bold flavors, especially the walnut shrimp and spicy bang bang shrimp, which were well-prepared and satisfying. Although the ambiance is simple and service can be a bit rushed, the generous portions and reasonable prices keep me coming back whenever I'm nearby.

The Chinese food at Bamboo Grill was a pleasant surprise tucked away in a small shopping center. The portion sizes were good and the walnut shrimp was delicious. The service was friendly and the food was well-prepared and tasty.

I took take out last night & food was not good. I ordered General chicken combo with fried rice. The chicken did have hard grisals in it & Could not eat rice too crunchy. Average combination plate here in Greensboro is round $7.50 to $8. They were $10.50; so I was expecting real good food. I missed the boat on that one. I had to trash the food.
I'm coming back mr wonton...

The food was exceptional but they charged my card more than what they was suppose to. I signed my name for what the amount they told me and even have the receipt. I look at my account on like and was charged more. I will be calling my bank in the morning and if that is not resolved I will be going through more measures. When I went into the establishment the lady behind the counter was yelling at someone on the phone. I will not be going back to this establishment

We went here to get our food as always. When we arrived the owner seem to have a attitude. How I know this is from the way she threw the food in the wooden pick-up box after it was done. Went home and everything was disgusting. Food had no favor. And worst of all, the rice was nasty. Tasted like dirty water. Came back for a refund and that was a big issue. First, she refused it and sat down behind the wall just starring at us. She then took the food and counted everything and noticed a missing egg-roll. Afterwards, she (the owner) charged for the missing egg roll, that was eaten, 2x the price after given a full refund. In the mist of all this, the owner told us not to come back because we wanted a full refund. Kinda sad how the owner switched up and we knew one another so well. I would not recommend this place. Eat at your own risk.

(Also, the owner has allowed her underage daughter to work along side her for many years. I also noticed the chiefs where not wearing masks and gloves while preparing the food after we returned for a refund.)

The Egg Foo Young was really bland but out server was really nice and the ginger sauce they put on the table helped the food along
