The bagels are delicious and the service is quick, but the staff lacks friendliness and customer service skills. Despite the amazing food, the unwelcoming atmosphere created by the staff makes the experience less enjoyable. It's disappointing that such great bagels are overshadowed by the negative interactions with the employees.
