When the restaurant was called "Nihon" It was the best!!! Teriyaki sauce was so thin and sweet and yummy!!! The Chicken and Steak with potato salad and steamed rice was the bomb!! We were regulars from 1989+ Then one day it was closed and the name changed to Hana Sushi very disappointing don't know if they kept the same recipes we didn't try it. But if they did we'd like to come in and give it a shot. The key to the teriyaki is the thin sweet sauce no one else could make it. Most used a glaze :( We miss Nihon so much.
