The Pho beef special had a broth and noodles that tasted homemade and flavorful, with thick, delicious rare beef, though some meats were a bit overcooked and chewy. I found the spring rolls and other dishes more satisfying than the beef pho, and the service was decent while the environment was clean but unpretentious.
