The buffet offered a variety of comforting dishes like lasagna, fried chicken, and fried shrimp, with highlights including a perfectly crispy chicken fried steak and delicious chocolate pudding. The friendly staff, old-school charm, and unique touches like peacocks roaming nearby created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the meal a memorable end to a day spent exploring Skyline Drive and hiking.

The buffet offered a decent selection, with a standout being the stuffed shells. The salad bar could use some improvement, but the dessert options were enjoyable. Overall, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant.
