Disregard all the old reviews - the new restaurant has completely changed for the better. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is casual yet classy, and the coconut shrimp appetizer is a must-try. I'd recommend "CIR Bar and Grill" to anyone looking for delicious Italian American cuisine at a reasonable price in a nice setting.

Charged for every item added to a gluten free pizza, did not say that on menu. If I knew I would have ordered a regular one. Didnt get refills on water either. Had to ask twice for boxes. Service not good.
