Not sure what "technology" they are using but it failed yesterday (13 DEC 2009) pizza arrived well over an hours after call in and was BADLY overcooked and to make matters worse was COLD as in not hot, anykind of pizza other than HOT is by definitiion cold!! This particular outlet seems to have dropped the ball on service. They have had their last chance with me!!
