The arbys in west bend,not a good experience, no one at the counter new about the sandwich I was asking about ,2 more employee's same thing,they were rude,and didn't want want to help,we left went to culvers to try there no sandwiches, there employees were at least were not rude and took time to explain to me,I have a brain injury, and some times it's hard for me to understand, arbys need better experience with people and disabilities
