Met up with my best friends here for dinner and drinks, and the vegetarian enchiladas blew me away-loaded with potato, beans, cheese, and smothered in delicious sauce, plus rice and salad on the side. The staff was super friendly and attentive, the vibe made me feel like I'd just stepped into Mexico, and the drinks hit the spot without being over the top. I also tried the shrimp quesadilla, which was packed with shrimp and tasty veggies, and I'm definitely coming back to try more from the menu.
