We love their food, when we can get it. There's always a problem because no one will answer the phone. I don't understand why they won't answer their phone! Is it always messed up-maybe get it fixed if you want to stay in business!!

This used to be our standard date night fare. Everything was delicious. Now, since Covid, everything is meh. I've grown tired of waiting on them to answer the phone. If the food was still phenomenal I would happily keep calling but as it is, it is not and I just won't bother calling anymore. Here's to trying other restaurants in Collinsville.

To say that the service at the Elizabeth's Pizza in Collinsville has gone down hill would be an understatement!! This used to be one of the best establishments in Henry County, now the staff has literally made this location drop to one of the worst in town. NO ONE and I do mean no one will answer the phone. To stress that point - we called one evening while in Roanoke and tried to get through every few minutes. It is an hour drive to Elizabeth's from Roanoke, VA. No one EVER answered the phone. When arrived at the restaurant - we encounter the young guys behind the counter standing around smacking each other in the butt (yes - with hands and dish towels). They were laughing, throwing stuff at each other, just messing around. All the while you hear the phone ringing off the hook. Add to that the inability to get an order correct and you have a recipe for non-sense. It's a shame this location doesn't care about their business anymore.

Food is ok when you can get it! Since the Covid 19 virus and before, you can't get anyone to answer the phone for call in orders! Use to be a great place with good food and great service! They switched staff when they open another location in Patrick Springs and that's when everything started going down hill!

Only gripe is when you call in and ask for extra cheese you never get it but are charged for it.
