The old cathedral ceilings and stained glass windows cast a serene glow over the spacious dining room, creating an ambiance that feels both grand and intimate. The flavors of the she crab soup and Gouda pasta lingered long after the meal, though the evening was tempered by moments of distant, hurried service that left the warmth wanting. Despite these contrasts, the charm of the historic setting and the quality of the food promise a return visit when the city calls me back.
