Horrible, ordered takeout and got home to find my chicken and ribs had no ribs. Called to inform them and kept getting placed on hold. Evidently the manager had to verify my missing food was still there, which it was. Thankfully they did not give it to someone else and not be able to prove it was not included. Meanwhile my dinner was cold after arguing for a half hour over what was basically turned into my fault somehow.
Tony, the manager wanted me to drive back and get the missing item, I informed him I was not coming back since I just had surgery. He said I could have a credit for a future order. What??? Then when I said just refund my money he said a partial refund only would be made for just the missing ribs and I had to come in to have that done. Mind you I placed an online order with a credit card.
I had surgery today and had to ask someone to drive me back down there after being hung up on numerous times by Tony. So I took my cold dinner back with me seeing it was inedible and my stress level was through the roof at this point. Then Tony lied to my face and said he did not tell me I had to come back.
Even in person he continued to talk over me and not let me speak. This man should not be managing anything at all. The whole place was a hot mess with people standing around inside and out waiting for orders. I try to support local businesses, but I will not ever be going back. I work hard for my money and feel the disrespect over a simple mistake was compounded by a poor manager that was more concerned with him than any customer.
