Our first experience at Hot Wok was seamless - we placed our order online and it was ready exactly as promised. The General Tso chicken and Chicken in Garlic sauce were both delicious with generous portions, and the gluten-free options were prepared with care and consideration. The staff's kindness and attention to my dietary needs made me feel valued, and I can't wait to return for more of their wonderful food and service.

Today I run in for a simple order of fried rice with no onions and they load it with onions. I Get back in the car to get the correct order. Problem is the man there argued with me that I never told him about "no onions". When I reminded him that my family orders food there literally every other week for 13 years I've been in Purcellville, and that I ALWAYS ask for no onions, he says he can't remember everyone who comes in and every order. Why is it so hard to get simple respect when you dish out 8 dollars and change for fried rice? After 13 years of putting up with quality that is on and off, I am done.

best meal from a carry out restaurant in a very long time. everything was fresh and crisp
whenever we want this style food we always go to their establishment.
