Horrible been sitting in line for 45 minutes to get 12 chicken wings

My wife enjoys the chicken pot pies and I like the hot wings at KFC. Today (6/3) I called KFC in Franklin, Va and asked if they had any chicken pot pies. I was told they were cooking some and would be ready in 22 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and went to KFC and was told they did not have any. I told the drive-thru attendant what I was told and he said he was sorry but they did not have any pot pies. What happened? No explanation!
Last week I called 3 straight days asking for a chicken pot pie and they did not have any either day. There was a different excuse every day.
The service in the Franklin, Va KFC is the worst I have ever experienced, anywhere, anytime. Please help!!
