The food and ambiance at this restaurant are quite enjoyable, and I've been a loyal patron for years. Despite occasional slow service, the overall experience is always pleasant and the food consistently delicious. Making some small upgrades like improving the bathroom and decor, along with being more generous with condiments, could further enhance the customer experience.
