We used to frequent El Caporral and Don Pepe, but since discovering Mexico Restaurant in Midlothian from Chester, we now make the trip for the best burritos in the area. Dining at 6pm, the casual and comfortable atmosphere with polite waitstaff and delicious, generously portioned food made for a great experience. The Dos Equis Amber draft served with a lime in a cold glass perfectly complemented the meal, making this one of my top dining spots.
