Hunger got the best of me, so I skipped photos and ordered online to pick up at my convenience, arriving early enough to sit at the neon-lit bar and soak in an unexpected, intimate vibe inside. The food was flawless-from miso soup that was surprisingly generous to an array of rolls and tempura that vanished without leftovers, plus the ramen broth was incredible despite a smaller portion. Watching Chef Watawaru expertly prepare each dish while chatting with him revealed his passion and dedication, making this local favorite a perfect choice for a memorable date night or special occasion.

When visiting the sushi restaurant, I found the interior to be a surprising mix of neon lighting at the bar and a more intimate ambiance in the dining area.
