My recent stay at the hotel was comfortable and clean, though I did encounter an issue with the curtains not blocking out enough light for daytime sleeping. The front desk staff was understanding and provided a sleep kit to help alleviate the problem, but the lack of proper blackout curtains was a management oversight that impacted my overall experience.
