It's been 30 years since I visited O'Tooles, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cold beer and hearty bar food during my recent lunch there. The service was outstanding, and the food, especially the spaghetti O'Tooles and fish and chips, exceeded my expectations, making it clear that I won't wait another three decades to return.
